Project Description
Along Phoenix’s new light rail corridor, opportunities abound for infill projects, as the rail makes land more valuable. These projects were designed with DPZ .They represent actual sites, and are drawn up to demonstrate their potential to the city and private developers. DPZ wrote a new zoning code for the corridor as part of this effort, with the city of Phoenix as client, which has so far resulted in at least 80 new built projects.
