Project Description
I worked on the initial design charrette for this unique project back in 2008 with DPZ. At the time there was nothing on the site, now there is a town, carefully built by our charismatic client, Grant Humphreys, who lives with his family on site. I have been doing illustrations for every new project or phase, however small or large, over the course of the last 12 years. Here are many of the drawings, most of which pretty closely represent what was later built.
