Project Description
We had a very tight budget for this project, but wanted to create a fun and useful back yard for this 3 family condo in Brookline. We were able to create everything they wanted – a large grass area for kids to play, a small paved area for table, seating in the corners, plantings at the edges, 2 new flowering trees, container gardens for each family, and evergreens to screen the trash area – for less than $5,000.
