Project Description
It is common in Brazilian society for a neighborhood to have its own clubhouse, or “Clube”, complete with pool, restaurant, soccer field, fitness centers and other amenities. In this new neighborhood I worked on with DPZ Codesign, the developers requested a schematic design for such a facility. I put together these plans and illustrations for the project. Also shown, is the whole neighborhood we deisgned for context. Currently, this is going through some initial cost estimating.
